A senior HR Consultant and Director – Lorna has over twenty years’ HR experience. Her particular specialism is HR Strategy/People Management and relating employment legislation into practical procedures and policy, in partnership with your business leaders to enhance business performance. Although she has extensive experience of all aspects of human resource management in local SMEs, she retains a freshness of approach which ensures innovative – yet practical – people management solutions and risk management. Hands on experience; managing complex employee relations issues and day to day generalist HR support to staff and managers from recruitment through to induction, performance management and career progression. She works closely with organisations to help them understand their issues, identify solutions and plan practical outcomes – from policy design and implementation through to business transformation/restructure. She has excellent interpersonal skills including negotiation, coaching and counselling.
